Just like all coaches are different, all therapists are different. We will focus on the past only as necessary to gain insight and create deep change (even on the subconscious level thanks to my skillset in NLP, but then move forward with how you will use those changes and insights to create an empowering present and future.

If you are currently recovering from an injury and want desperately to get back to dancing your best, you probably don’t need me to tell you how much your mental and emotional wellness play a part in creating a successful recovery. Many of my clients have started working with me during their injury recovery process because they saw it as the perfect time to work on themselves and their mindset in a way that they just didn’t have the time or desire for pre-injury.
